I love this mix that I did for this bride. It creates a fresh look, spring is the time for new life…their new life!!
I put this little diddy in H Studio Salon to welcome in spring with French tulips, Circus Roses, Renoncules and Coxcomb. The bright oranges and yellows really pop against the calm sweet colors of the salon.
I put this together for “H Studio Salon” in Mission Viejo, it brought a few smiles!
There is no other flower more elegant and simple. It’s grace says so much. This one just happens to be in my garden!!
I live in Southern California and I must say: I feel so blessed to have this beauty so close. The bulbs I had dug up from my in-laws’ home after they passed away and over the last couple of years they have matured into beautiful reminders of my in-laws. Since I wasn’t sure what part of the garden they would like to be in, I planted a few all over!! Now I see they want to be all over the garden so they can always be admired! Like most flowers they have their season and it’s just starting and will go on till it gets too hot, probably mid summer.
Beautiful in a garden and of course in a brides arms.
I must start out by saying that Brook and Dan are a lovely couple and it was truly fun working with them. Brook is such an artist herself that she made it incredibly easy for me to interpret her vision. We speak the same language!
As soon as I can get my hands on some photos I will post them from their wedding and reception.
Brook sent me some links to her photographer and event planner. Please take a peek at my latest floral work by visiting their sites.
Amanda the planner was a bundle of energy; as I was delivering the flowers to the reception it was like walking into a very calm, high functioning BEE HIVE!! Everyone on her team was working their magic making it all come together for Brook and Dan. Awesome! Visit her site and look for Brook and Dan at www.inthenowweddings.com/blog
I can’t wait to see the finished photos from the photographer. The few “appetizer” photos will give you a taste of his finished work. Visit his site and look for Brook and Dan at www.galvanphoto.blogspot.com/2009/03/brooklin-dans-wedding-in-san-juan.html
